At Spicer Property Management, we make residential garbage and recycling collection simple, reliable, and affordable. Standard Residential Service

Every residential account includes:

• One 96-gallon garbage tote

• One 96-gallon recycling tote

• Collection of up to two additional bags placed outside your garbage tote at no additional charge

Additional bags beyond the included allowance will be charged as follows:

• Kitchen-size bags: $2.50 each

• Contractor bags: $4.00 each

Our large-capacity totes help keep your property neat while making weekly collection quick and efficient.

Bulk Item Collection

Need to dispose of furniture or other large household items? We've got you covered.

Bulk items are accepted by appointment only and are not collected during our regular residential garbage routes.

Collection Day Guidelines

To ensure your garbage is collected without interruption, please follow these simple guidelines:

• Place your totes at the curb the night before your scheduled collection day.

• Some of our routes begin as early as 2:00 AM, so we cannot guarantee collection if totes are placed out the morning of pickup.

• Position totes with the wheels facing your home and leave adequate space between totes and nearby objects.

Route Times May Vary

Our goal is to provide the most efficient and dependable service possible. Because we continually optimize our routes, collection times may change from week to week.

Please do not wait for the truck or attempt to place your totes out when you think we're arriving. Having your totes at the curb the night before ensures you never miss your pickup.

Materials We Cannot Accept

For the safety of our employees and to comply with environmental regulations, the following items are not accepted in your household garbage or recycling:

• Hazardous materials

• Batteries

• Appliances

• Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or any item containing Freon

• Electronics (TVs, computers, monitors, printers, etc.)

• Chemicals, paints, solvents, fuels, and automotive fluids

• Tires

• Medical waste or sharps

If you're unsure whether an item is acceptable, please contact us before placing it at the curb.
